Meet the Board

President - Brian McFeeley AHC, CSI, CDT

Brian is the president of the DHI Georgia chapter for the 2010-2011 term. He was born in Savannah, GA and currently resides in Woodstock, GA. He is a graduate of Benedictine Military High School and Savannah State University with a Business Management degree. He became a member of DHI in 1998 and an Architectural Hardware Consultant (AHC) in September 2003 and is the membership chair of the CSI Atlanta Chapter. Starting in the industry as a distributor in 1995, he is now the Architectural Consultant for ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions of Georgia. Outside the office, he enjoys running and cycling. He is married to Lindsay McFeeley and they are the proud parents of Ava (7) and Mason (4).

Vice-President - Debbie Purcell AHC

Debbie is Vice-President of the DHI Georgia Chapter for the 2010-2011 term. After graduating from the University of Georgia, she worked at a security hollow metal frame manufacturer writing and designing software. In 1993 she started Engineered Openings, Inc.; primarily focusing on commercial hollow metal, doors and hardware in the Northeast Georgia area. She is an active member in both the Hall County and Habersham County Chamber of Commerce. In 2008, she completed the requirements for her AHC and looks forward to participating in the EHC program. In her off time, she enjoys hiking and traveling.

Treasurer - Melissa Jerkins

Melissa is Treasurer of the DHI Georgia Chapter for the 2010-2011 term. Having started her career back in 2000 with Ingersoll-Rand as a Customer Relations Supervisor for Von-Duprin in Indianapolis, Indiana she went on to relocate to Snellville, Georgia. With the relocation, she joined ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions of Georgia in 2005 and currently is the Pricing and Quoting Administrator and along with Customer Service. Outside the office, her interests include camping, football (Go Dolphins) and spending time with her family - Gary, Mikaela and Sydney.

Secretary - Wesley Wood

Wesley is Secretary of the DHI Georgia Chapter for the 2010-2011 term. He attended Harrison High School, studied music at Young Harris College and Graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management

Currently resides in Ball Ground, GA. Worked through high school and college in the openings industry at Arch-I-Tech Doors, Inc; a family business, and began working there full time in 2006 following graduation from KSU. Outside of work enjoys time with family and dogs, playing and exploring music, traveling, fly-fishing and experiencing the great outdoors.
